Duty manager (MOD)
The situation
At the weekend the restaurant manager runs the hotel as manager on duty (MOD). The duty passes between managers, and each one ends with a report for the general manager.

The duty in My day.
The general manager copies the “MOD duty” request for the next weekend, sets the new dates and sends it to the restaurant manager. The manager sees the duty in their My day.
The round from a routine.
The “MOD round” routine is shared with the Management team with the right to run the current cycle: lobby, restaurant, meeting rooms, spa, car park. The general manager starts a cycle for each duty — every duty is a separate cycle in History.
The Management space.
The duty manager writes down what happened: a guest moved from 312 to 318, lift service on Sunday, compensation per “Compensation — rules”.
Requests for the morning.
The duty manager sends requests for Monday: Housekeeping cleans the lobby after the event, Engineering fixes the car park lighting.
Morning.
The general manager opens the Management space and sees how the duty went, and in the routine — the closed round cycle.
