Tuesday. Three rooms, four events. Room A: Nordis conference 9–17. Room B: Arkona training 9–14, then the Velmar company dinner at 7 pm. Room C: Solvik board meeting 10–12.

The flow in Flaber
A room in the request.
The event manager creates the request “Velmar company dinner” for Tuesday and adds room B. Flaber shows that room B is booked that day by another request — with its number and team. Times go in the content.
Rooms in the requests calendar.
Engineering picks the “Room” filter in the requests calendar — all rooms or just room B — and sees every request of the day in that room.
Changing the setup.
In Engineering’s part: switch room B from classroom to banquet by 5 pm, with a mention of “Room setups — layouts”. A “Room setup” choice list — Engineering marks what is set up.
Banqueting.
Room B from 5 pm, table setting per “Banquet — table setting and service”.
A change of times.
The Arkona training runs until 3 pm. The event manager updates the request — departments get a notification and History shows the change.
